American gymnast Simone Biles hopes to extend her record streak on the international stage at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In all-around competition since 2013, Biles is currently four medals short of becoming the most decorated gymnast in history.
Biles, now 24 years old, holds the record for most all-around titles in the United States with seven, and for most all-around titles in the world with five. Following Vitaly Scherbo (33 medals) and Larisa Latynina (22 medals), she is presently ranked third on the all-time list of gymnastics medalists (32).
To become the first woman to win the Olympic all-around championship in consecutive Olympic competitions since Vera Caslavska in 1968, Biles will need to do exceptionally well at the upcoming Summer Games.

Dates and Times that Biles may Compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo are Listed Below.
Biles will compete in the preliminary events for the all-around and apparatus finals on the first day of competition, July 25. From 7 to 9:30 p.m. on NBC, or live from 6 to 11 a.m. on Peacock, is the women’s team qualifying competition.
- The finals for the women’s gymnastics team will be held on July 27 and will feature the top eight teams. If Biles and the United States of America win, it will be their third straight Olympic gold medal. On NBC from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., or live from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., Peacock will broadcast the women’s team finals.
- The women’s individual all-around final will take place on July 29 among the top 24 gymnasts. If Biles triumphs again, she will become the first gymnast in history to win three consecutive competitions. From 8 to 11:30 p.m. on NBC, or live from 6 to 11 a.m. on Peacock, is the women’s all-around competition.
- The women’s finals on vault and uneven bars will take place on August 1. Expect Biles to be in the finals for vault. From 9 to 9:30 PM, NBC will air the vault final, and from 11 to 11:30 PM, NBC will air the uneven bars final. If Biles were to win a third medal, she would tie the all-time Olympic record and maybe set a new world record for gymnastics.
- NBC will air the women’s floor finals from 8 to 11:30 p.m., while Peacock will air the tournament live from 4 to 11 a.m., on August 2. Biles has won the Olympic and world titles in this discipline.
